400 Park redevelopment is a proposed 120,000 SF mixed use-redevelopment in downtown Baltimore, within the Bromo Arts District, slated to include approximately 100 multifamily residential units, approximately 15,000 SF of retail, and the adaptive reuse of an approximately 30,000 square foot historic 4 level brick structure into co-working space. The Washington Baltimore Development Company is partnering with FLGA, Tristar Investments and Vitruvius Co. Development - collectively as Park Avenue Partners.
